Anita Bailey is the founder of LIVE Consulting: Human Sustainability and Development, bringing nearly two decades of experience supporting individuals and organizations in navigating growth, change, and complexity. Her work spans K–12 education, community colleges, and nonprofit systems, with a focus on advancing equity, strengthening outcomes, and building sustainable, people-centered strategies. She has led and contributed to institutional and statewide initiatives aimed at closing opportunity gaps and creating environments where individuals and communities can thrive.

Wisdom Through Experience
Anita’s background includes experience as an executive-level administrator, classified professional, and associate professor, providing her with a unique, multi-dimensional perspective on leadership and development. She holds a Master of Science in College Counseling and Student Development from Azusa Pacific University, which further grounds her work in student development theory and holistic support practices. She has worked with individuals at every stage, from youth and students to entry-level professionals and senior leaders, offering guidance that is both practical and reflective. Her work has included strategic planning, large-scale program development, team leadership, and the design and facilitation of professional development focused on equity, resilience, and growth.
